- Being married by Rev. Suzy was a wonderful experience. My husband and I are nonreligious and didn't want to have references to things we did not believe in as part of our vows. We read our own vows, some more traditional vows, and incorporated handfasting. She made it a very easy and comfortable thing to do. - It was my great pleasure to meet Rev. Suzy Cherry while in the emergency room during a mini-stroke event. Rev. Suzy appeared in my periphery and asked if I'd like her to say a prayer for me. I said yes, and her prayer, her hands and her voice were soothing, healing, and appropriate for my needs. She understood my "out of the box" faith, and attuned herself to my needs. Admittedly, I don't recall much of the conversation, as I was in post mini-stroke mode, but I'll never forget how she made me feel, which was loved, important, blessed and in the hands of the Creator. I will never be able to thank Rev. Suzy enough for that moment in time. I'm blessed to now call her my friend, years later, and I appreciate her approach to faith, devotion, and prayer. Rev.
